Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before cutoff time)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the North America. Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations may have restrictions or longer delivery times.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
